Ubuntu Jaunty is offically available for the Nokia N800/N810, you can take a look at the guide over at http://www.internettablettalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25975. Mostly everything works, except a small problem with xorg crashing when ever using a virtual keyboard. Check it out! :D
